RESOLUTION NO. 84R-176
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTIONS 78R-491 AND
82R-453 RELATING TO DUTIES OF THE CITY CLERK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution 78R-491 on August 1, 1978, relating
to designating certain duties of the City Clerk pursuant to
Section 54957.2 of the Government Code of the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution 78R-491 was subsequently amended
by the City Council by Resolution 82R-453 adopted on September 7,
1982; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to rescind said
resolutions at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolutions 78R-491 and 82R-453 be, and the
same are hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of May, 1984.
