RESOLUTION NO. 84R-164
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A LOAN AGREEMENT WITH
THE UNITED STATES ARMY AND AUTHORIZING THE
CHIEF OF POLICE TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT FOR
AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the United States Army has certain personal
property available to loan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of said personal
property; and
WHEREAS, an agreemen~ h~s this day been Submitted, the
terms and conditions of which are satisfactory.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the loan agreement between the City of Anaheim and the United
States Army be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Police is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
