RESOLUTION NO. 84R- 161
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ADOPTING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND HOSPITAL &
SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION, LOCAL #399.
WHEREAS, on March 29, 1983, the City Council approved Resolution
No. 83R-129 adopting a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim
and the Hospital & Service Employees Union, Local #399; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director met and conferred with
officials and employee representatives of the Hospital & Service Employees
Union, Local #399, to discuss pension changes; and
WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated December 23, 1983 between
the parties has been prepared and signed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of said Letter of Understanding is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated December 23, 1983 between the
City of Anaheim and Hospital & Service Employees Union, Local #399 is hereby
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of April , 1984.
