RESOLUTION NO. 84R - 160
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED
TO THE GENERAL CITY EMPLOYEE UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS, the need exists to create the classification of Tour
Coordinator; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated April 17, 1984, that the new job classification be created; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has determined that the new
classification be assign to the General City Employee Unit represented by the
Anaheim Municipal Employees Association; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of this classification is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. That, effective April 20, 1984, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be
allocated to the following salary schedule in the salary schedule master:

X 1075 A - E
2. That, effective October 4, 1984 the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in
the future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the salary schedule master:

Tour Coordinator
x 1134 A - E
3. That, effective October 19, 1984, the salary relationship for
the classification of Tour Coordinator shall be .959 X Jailer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated February 10, 1984, between the City of Anaheim and the
General Employee Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association apply to
the foregoing classification.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of April , 1984
