RESOLUTION NO. 84R-147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE URBAN LIMITS TO BE IN
THE FEDERAL-AID URBAN SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the Federal Highway Administration has requested
revised urban limits to reflect the 1980 Bureau of Census
boundary; and
WHEREAS, under regulations issued by the Secretary of
Transportation under the Federal-Aid Highway Act (Title 23 U.S.
Code), the City of Anaheim, with the concurrence of the California
Department of Transportation, has been designated to select a
Federal-Aid Urban System in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, by its Resolution No. 83R-353,
heretofore determined and approved the urban limits to be in the
Federal-Aid Urban System; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend said urban limits at
this time in the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, State of California, that the City Council of the
City of Anaheim concurs in and approves the revised and amended
urban limits as shown on Exhibit A, Revision No. I, on file in the
office of the City Clerk.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 17th day of April, 1984.
