RESOLUTION NO. 84R-146
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY FOR THE ACQUISITION AND SALE OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY. (210 West Oak Street and 118
South Clementine Street)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
parcels located at 210 West Oak Street and 118 South Clementine
Street; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency desires to
purchase said parcels for redevelopment purposes; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled as Agreement for the
Acquisition and Sale of Real Property has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms of said agreement are acceptable to
the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the sale of said parcels to the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency is in the best interest of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The terms and conditions of said agreement are hereby
approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
3. The Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute a deed to convey the parcels.
