RESOLUTION NO. 84R-133
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2015 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 79R-596
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2015 on October 16, 1979, by Resolution No. 79R-596; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 2015 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 79R-596 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 3rd day of April, 1984.
