RESOLUTION NO. 84R-115
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A CONDI-
TION IN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2252 AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 81R-494 ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, t~e City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 81R-494 approving Conditional
Use Permit No. 2252, subject to certain conditions specified
therein: and
WHEREAS, the permittee has requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions heretofore imposed: and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on March 20, 1984, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary, relating
to said request: and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the amendment of said conditions of approval in the manner
hereinafter set forth is necessary to permit reasonable operation
under the conditional use permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Condition No.6 of Conditional Use Permit No.
2252 as set forth in Resolution No. 81R-494 be, and the same is
hereby, deleted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution No. 81R-494 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2252
shall remain in full force and effect.
