RESOLUTION NO. 84R- 94
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS TO
A GRANT FROM THE CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF CRIMINAL
JUSTICE PLANNING FOR IMPLEMENTING THE ANAHEIM
CAREER CRIMINAL APPREHENSION PROGRAM, AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH SAID
GRANT MODIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim heretofore approved a
certain project designated Anaheim Career Criminal Apprehension
Program to be funded in part from funds made available through
State General Funds FY 81/82 as authorized by Chapter 1292 of the
1982 Statutes for the Career Criminal Apprehension Program,
administered by the Office of Criminal Justice Planning (hereafter
referred to as OCJP).
WHEREAS, OCJP has authorized an increase of $61,787 in
state funds and an extension in the expiration of the grant period
from March 31, 1984, to November 3D, 1984, without additional
obligation to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Anaheim
hereby accepts said grant modifications and that the City Manager
of the City of Anaheim is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim all documents necessary to effect such grant
modifications.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
ci ty Council of the Ci ty of Anaheim this 13th day of March, 1984.
