RESOLUTION NO. 84R-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 83R-473
AWARDING A CONTRACT TO ACC AIR CONDITIONING
AND HEATING COMPANY FOR A PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
(FIRE STATION HEADQUARTERS HVAC RENOVATION).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did award
a contract on December 13, 1983 to ACC Air Conditioning and Heating
Company to perform certain public works, i.e., the Fire Station
Headquarters - HVAC Renovation; and
WHEREAS, ACC Air Conditioning and Heating Company has
failed to obtain required bonding thus preventing execution of the
contract; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim
to rescind said resolution of award.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 83R-473 awarding ACC Air
Conditioning and Heating Company the public works contract for the
Fire Station Headquarters-HVAC Renovation, in the City of Anaheim,
Account No. 75-252-6201 be, and the same is hereby, rescinded.
