RESOLUTION NO. 84R-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1445 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 74R-43 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1445 on February 5, 1974, by Resolution No. 74R-43i and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer neededi and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1445 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 74R-43 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of February,
1984.
