84R-062 RESOLUTION NO. 84R-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPOINTING ARTHUR L. DAW AS ACTING
CITY ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the laws of the State of California require all
engineering functions in connection with Public Works properties
or projects to be done and performed by the City Engineer of the
City of Anaheim, or such other registered engineer as may be
authorized; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, by its Resolution No. 81R -315,
heretofore appointed Arthur L. Daw as Acting City Engineer during
periods of absence or disability of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Anaheim retired
on December 29, 1983, and said position is currently vacant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Arthur L. Daw is hereby appointed the Acting
City Engineer of the City of Anaheim until such time as a City
Engineer is hereinafter appointed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 14th day of February,
1984.
