84R-055 RESOLUTION NO. 84R -
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
236 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 62R -687 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 236 on July 24, 1962, by Resolution No. 62R -687; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit No. 236 for the reason it is no longer
needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 236 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 62R -687 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of February, 1984.
