84R-002 RESOLUTION NO. 84R -2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE UTILITIES AGREEMENT
NO. 7Ut -8695 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of a storm
drain and street resurfacing improvement on State College
Boulevard between Placentia Avenue and 0.1 mile No. of Route 91
Freeway (Riverside Freeway), it is necessary to reconstruct a
portion of the sanitary sewer and adjust manhole covers to grade,
the Department of Transportation of the State of California has
submitted Utilities Agreement No. 7Ut -8695; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said agreement
with the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of January, 1984.
