A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM .ECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONS.IDER
CHANGES IN ,HE RATES TO BE CHARGED BY STO~ER
CABLE TV, ~C. C., AND GIVING NOTICE OF A PUBLIC
HEARING TH$EON
WHEREAS, t~e City of Anaheim has heretofo+e awarded
a franchise to Store~ Cable TV, Inc., for cable communication
services in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, S~orer Cable TV, Inc., has submitted a
request to modify an4 restructure the rates which S~orer ch~rges
its customers; and
WHEREAS, a public h~aring is required to consider said
request.
NOW, THEREtORE, BE IT RESOLVED that all persons inter-
ested in the propose~ rates will be heard at a hearing to be held
at o'clock .m. i pras SOf;m thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambers of the City Council located in the civic
Center located at 20b South Anaheim Boulevard, on:
