OF COMPENSATION, tOR. CLASSES DESIGNATED KS' CON1?IDOOIlL.
WHEREAS, the H~ Resource.s Director has recommended in a staff
report dated December 11, r~1984 that the cl8:ssification of Customer Service
Office Supervisor be creat~; and
WHEREAS, as a resq1t thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
84R-S7 which established '~ates of compensation for classes designated as
Confidential; and
WHEREAS, the City! Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
crea~lon of thls classifl~ation is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anahelm as follows:
That effective De~r 28, 1984, the basic compensation plan for all
officers and employees of ~1ie City of Ariaheim who are now employed or w:Ul in
the future be employed in !the classification listed bel~w shall be allo~ated
to the following salary ra~: -
