ESTABLISHED, TES OF cPMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
DESIGNATED ,MIDDLE ~GEMENT ISUPERVISORY
WHEREAS, the Humanitesources Pi rector has recommended in a staff
report dated December 11,1,4 that th~ classification of Custom~r Service
Field Supervisor be Changedto Meter R~ding Supervisor and the positions of
New Business Supervisor and!to1ice Records Manager be reallocated to new
salary ranges; and
WHEREAS, as a resu~t thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
84R-242 which established r4~es of compensation for classes designated as
Middle Management/Superviso#; and
WHEREAS, the City Qqunci1 of the City of Anaheim does find that the
change of job title and reaJl.11ocation of salary ranges for these
classifications is in the b~St interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE OCrI' RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
That effective, De~ber 28, 1984, the basic compensation plan fQr
all officers and employees <>If! the City of Anaheim who are now employed or.....11
in the future be employed i~ the classifications listed below shall be
allocated to the following stdary ranges:
