WHEREAS, th~'City Council of the City of Anaheim did
cause to be publishe ,in a neWiSpaper of general circulation,
published and circul 'ed in the City of Anaheim, to wit: The
Anaheim Bulletin, on ,!he 1st and 8th days of November, 1984, a
notice inviting seal~ proposals for furnishing the following:
All plant, labor 'f services, materials and
equipment, and aljl utilities and transportation,
including power, Ifuel and water , and performing all
work necessary tojconstruct and complete in a good
and workmanlike inner, in strict accordance with
the specificatio, plans and drawings therefor on
file in the Offi . of the City Engineer or City
Clerk of the CityJof Anaheim, the following public
improvement, to Wlit:
Ball Road-SunkistiStreet to State College
Boulevard: sunki~ Street-Hilda Street to Ball
Road, in the CitYlof Anahe,im, street and storm
drain improvemeni'conSisting of clearing and
grubbing: excavat ',on: construction of P.C.C.
sidewalk, drivew '. and curb and gutter: construct
A.C. pavement ov '. base material: A.C. planing:
adjust manholes, ~ater valve boxes, and pull boxes
to grade: construPt R.C.P. storm drain including
manholes, catch ~sins and junction structures:
construct V.C.P. l8ewer: install traffic markers and

WHEREAS, unfpreseen environmental considerations have
caused delay in commehcing this project: and

WHEREAS, theiCity Council finds it is in the best
interests of the Citylof Anaheim to reject all bids received.
NOW, THEREF~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that ~ll bids received up to the hour of 2:00 P.M.
on November 29, 1984,i ;reviewed by the City Engineer, and submitted
to the City Council o~ November 20, 1984, for the Ball
Road-Sunkist Street tp State College Boulevard: Sunkist
Street-Hilda Street tp Ball Road, in the City of Anaheim, street
and storm drain impro~ement, Account Nos. l2-792-6325-E2750 and
5l-484-6993-007l3-Fed~ral Aid Urban Project No. L060(4), and the
same are hereby, rejepted and that said job be readvertised at a
later date.
THE FOREGOINP. RESOLUTION is approved and adppted by the
Ci ty Council of the C~'ty of Anaheim this 18th day of December,
1984.
