A RESOLUTIOi' OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM REJ CTING ALL BIDS RECEIVED UP TO THE
HOUR OF 2:0 P.M. ON THE 1st DAY OF NOVEMBER
1984, FOR T'E IMPROVEMENT OF VINTAGE LANE -
CYPRESS STR,ET TO 500' S/O CYPRESS STREET, IN
THE CITY OF;ANAHEIM, ACCOUNT NO.
46-792-6325~E2840.
WHEREAS, th!' City Council of the City of Anaheim did
cause to be publishe in a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circul ted in the City of Anaheim, to wit: The
Anaheim Bulletin, onithe 11th and 18th days of October, 1984, a
notice inviting seal~d proposals for furnishing the following:
All plant, labor~ services, materials and
equipment, and a~l utilities and transportation,
including power" fuel and water, and performing all
work necessary t~ construct and complete in a good
and workmanlike ~nner, in strict accordance with
the specificatio~s, plans and drawings therefor on
file in the Offi~e of the City Engineer or City
~lerk of the Cit~.of Anaheim, the following public
~mprovement, to ~~t:
Vintage Lane-CYPfess Street to 500 feet south of
Cypress Street, ~n the City of Anaheim, consisting
of clearing and ~rubbing, excavation, base material
and A.C. paveme~: P.C.C. curb and gutter and
sidewalk, R.C.P.1 storm drain including manholes and
catch basins: 8"( D. 1. P. water main including fire
hydrants and wa~r service: masonry wall:
landscaping and Jirrigation facilities: and
appurtenant wor~.' in accordance with the project
plans and speci~ications on file in the office of
the City Engine~r, Account Nos. 46-792-6325-E2840,
in accordance with ~e design, plans, profiles and specifications
of said public impr~vement on file in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Anah~im: and
WHEREAS, uqforeseen environmental considerations have
caused delay in com~encing this project: and

WHEREAS, t~e City Council finds it is in the best
interests of the Ciijy of Anaheim to reject all bids received.
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha~ all bids received up to the hour of 2:00 P.M.
on November 1, 1984# reviewed by the City Engineer, and submitted
to the City Council "on November 20, 1984, for the Vintage Lane -
Cypress Street to 5~O' s/o Cypress Street, in the City of Anaheim,
Account No. 46-792-6325-E2840 be, and the same are hereby,
rejected and that said job be readvertised at a later date.

THE FOREGOI$G RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
