A RESOL~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY 'OF, , ,'. AHEIM EST, AB, LISRING FEES RELATING
TO APPLI' AT IONS FOR NONCOMMERCIAL
SOLICIT ION PERMITS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 7.32
OF THE AImIM MUNICIPAL CODE

WHEREAS, CbaPt~ 7.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code establishes
procedures relating to a, p1ications for, and the processing of, noncommercial
solicitation permits; an,
WHEREAS, Sectipn 7.32.040 thereof authorizes the City Council to
establish an application! fee for said permits; and

WHEREAs, the ctty Council desires to estshlish fees for said
applications in the amouft hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the fte hereinafter established does not exceed the
estimated reasonable cos,s of processing said applications.
NOW, THEREFOREt" BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that an applicat on fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00) is hereby established
for, and shall accompany any application for a noncommercial solicitat!on
permit filed pursuant tOithe provisions of Section 7.32.040 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code. '
THE FOREGOING P:SOLUTION IS APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 11 th
