A RESOLUTlqN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ~ECLARIN~ ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
Cf,:RTAtNPU~ICST~E~S, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. ! (84-3A)
BE IT RESOINED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby ~clare its intention to vacat'e'the following
public streets, high~ays and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, HighwaYs and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of t~e Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
That, easement f~r utility purposes located
approximately 4 . '. I west gf Weir Canyon Road,
extending, south rly from the Riverside Freeway' to a
point south of ,nta Ana Canyon Road,
as said streets, hig~ways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on fil~ in the Office of the City Clerk.
