A RESOLU~N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF COOPE ION AGREEMENT NO. 32 FOR RIGHT '
OF WAY AN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH TlIE CITY
OF ANAHEI

WHEREAS, t~e Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with implementing t~e Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment
Project Alpha; and'
WHEREAS, S~ction 33445 of the Health and Safety Code
authorizes the Agen~y to pay all or part of the value of the
land for and the co t of the installation and construction of
any building, facil'ty, structure, or other improvement which is
publicly owned; and!
WHEREAS, ar agreement entitled "Cooperation Agreement
No. 32 for Right ofrWay and Public Improvements" (Cooperation
Agreement No. 32) h~s been prepared whereby the City of Anaheim
will install certai~ publicly-owned facilities and the Agency
agrees to reimburse! the City therefor; and

WHEREAS, t*e facilities to be installed by the City
pursuant to Coopera~ion Agreement No. 32 are hereby determined
to be of benefit tolthe Project Area of Redevelopment Project
Alpha and the immed~ate neighborhood in which the Project Area
is located; and
WHE~EAS, i~ is hereby determined th~t- no'bther
reasonable means Gf!financing the facilities'are'available to
the City of Anahei~~
. NOW, THERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City o.f Anaheim t~hat the terms and conditions of Cooperation
Agreement No. 32 be~-and they are hereby, accepted and approved.
BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are he~eby, authorized and directed to execute said
Cooperation Agreemeqt No. 32 on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
