A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF,' ANAHEI.M ~'E.,PROVING'.THE TE., RMS AND CON,DITIONS
OF. C'OOPERAT . N AGREm+ENT NO. 29 FOR RIGHT
OF WAY AND LIC IM'ROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM .! '
WHEREAS, th. Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with implementing th. Red~vel~pment Plan for Redevelopment"
Project Alpha: and
WHEREAS, Se~tion 33445 of the Health and Safety Code
authorizes the Agency to pay ~ll or part of the val6e of the
land for and the cost. of the ~nstallation and construction of
any building, facility, struc~ure, or other improvement which is
publicly owned; and .
WHEREAS, an"greement entitled "Cooperation Agreement
No. 29 for Right of ._y and P~blic Improvements" (Cooperatibn
Agreement No. 29) haS been pr.pared whereby the City of Anaheim
will install certain publicly-owned facilities and the Agency
agrees to reimburse tbe City therefor; and

WHERUS, th+'facilittes to be installed by the City
pursuant to Cooperatt~n Agree.ent No. 29 are hereby determined
to be of benefit to tbe Proje~t Area of Redevelopment Projeet-~
Alpha and the immediate neigh~orhood in which the Project Area
is located; and
WHEREAS,. it, ~s herebt determined that' no bt:h4!':F
reasonable means of :t~nancfng,the facilities are available to
the City of Anaheim.

Agreement No. 29 be,'~nd they are hereby, accepted and approved.
BE IT FURTH*a RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are her'~y, authQrized and directed to execute said
Cooperation Agreement No. 29 Qn behalf of the City of Anaheim.
