OF ANAHEIM ,PROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF COOPERAT N AGREEft1E~ NO. 28 FOR RIGHT
OF WAY AND ,'BLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITH THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM I
WHEREAS, thd Anaheim Redevelopment Agency is charged
with implementing th~ Redevelopment Plan for 'Redevelopment
Project Alpha; and i
WHEREAS, sei'tion 33445 of the Health and Safety Code
authorizes the Agenc to pay all or part of the valUe of the
land for and the cos ,of the installation and construction of
any building, faci!i ,structure, or dther improvement which is
publicly owned; and i
WHEREAS, an
