A RESOLUT~~N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEnt I FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
ZONING ~iREFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM M ICIPAL OODE SHOULD BE AMENDED AND
THAT THEUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SHOULD
BE CHANGE ~
WHEREAS, Ie City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a qblic heq....ring in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 84-85-9 to cons'4er an amendment to the Zoning Map referred to
in Title 18 of the 'aheim Municipal Code, and to consider a change
in the boundaries O~ !the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described and, at s 1.d heariQg, did receive evidence and reports
from persons intere ,tied therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, ~~thin a period of forty (40) days following
said hearing, the P~nning Commission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report Qf its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said h$ring and approved the proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS, ~ereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party pr the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said ~anning Commission action; and
WHEREAS, ~ the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City C~ncil did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all per~ons inte.rested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receiv~ evidence and reports, and did consider the
same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the Zoning Map refer~~d to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amend~ and that the property hereinafter described
should be excluded f~pm the zone or zones in which it is now
situated and incorpo~ated in the zone and zones as hereinafter set
forth.

NOW, THEREyPRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, the City Counci1 does hereby declare and
indicate its intentipb to amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Anaheim and to rezon~ and reclassify the following described

Planning ~artment.
That priori ito the introduction of an ordinance rezoning
subject pr~perty, Cpndition Nos. 1, 2 and 3,
above-ment!~oned, shall be completed. The provisions or
rights gr~ted by this resolution shall become null and
void by a~ion of the Planning Commission unless said
condi tionsi iare complied with wi thin one year from the
date of thiiis resolution, or such further time as the
Planning ~mmission may grant.
BE IT FUR~ER RESO~VED that the City Council of the City
of Anaheim does hery find and determine that the adoption of this
Resolution is expre .ly predi!cated upon applicant's compliance with
each and all of the ~onditions hereinabove set forth. Should any
condition or any par~ thereof, be declared invalid or unenforceable
by the final judgmen!tj of any icourt of competent jurisdiction, then
this Resolution, and/any approvals herein contained, shall be
deemed null and voi~.
