A RESOLUT~. N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM V~ATING KDTTY COURT.

WHEREAS, !~he City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly m,opted, ~eclare its intention to vacate
certain public stres, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Publiic Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law: and
WHEREAS, ~otice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted ~nd published in the manner prescribed by law:
and
WHEREAS, bn the 4th day of December,
hearing was held to ~llow interested persons to
concerning said pro~sed vacation: and
1984, a public
submit evidence
WHEREAS, ~~e City Council does find, from the evidence
submi tted, that the ~itreet, highway or public service easement
hereinafter specifict~lY desc~ibed is unnecessary for present or
prospective public p,!rposes including nOnJnotorized transportation
facilities. .
WHEREAS, i. f and to the extent that there are in place
public utility facil ties in use for which easements are not
reserved and excepte by this resolution, the City Council hereby
determines that theu., blic convenience and necessity requires that
no easements be rese ~ed for such facilities.
NOW, THEJ,ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim P.. es hereby order the vacation of Kitty Court,
more specifically de cribed as follows: .

of Orange, Stat ,of California as per map filed in
Book 154, pages,B5-41 of parcel maps, records of
Orange County, tastant thereon south 0 27'08" west
110.68 feet frot.... the northwest corner thereof, said
point being on ~e easterly line of Kellogg Drive, 80
feet wide, as s own on said parcel map and also being
