RESOLUTION NO. 84R-468
A RESOJUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY 0 ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES RELATING
TO ADM NISTRATIVE USE PERMITS PURSUANT TO
CHAPTEi 18.10 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNIC!PAL CODE.

WHEREAS, ChfPter 18.10 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
establishes procedur s relating to applications for, and the
processing of, admin strative use permits; and

WHEREAS, Se~tion 18.10.020 thereof authorizes the City
Council to establish! an application fee for said permits; and
WHEREAS, Se~tion 18.10.060 thereof authorizes the City
Council to establishlappeal fees relating to said permits; and'
!
WHEREAS, th~ City Council desires to establish fees for
said applications an~ appeals in the amounts hereinafter set forth;
and ;
WHEREAS, tht fees hereinafter established do not exceed
the estimated reason ble costs of processing said applications and
appeals. ,
