BE IT RESO:c.VED that" the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby .~clare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, high*~ys and $ervice easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, High'~ys and $ervice Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code)~ to wit:
That easement f~F road a~d public utility purposes
located on.prop.~ty on t~e south side of Lincoln
Avenue east of State COliege Boulevard,
as said streets, hig.~ays or public service.eaBement~ are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURT'~R RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacatio$will be heard at a hearing to be held at
