A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMItNDING RESOLUTION NO. 84R-57, NUNC PRO TUNC.

WHEREAS, on Februa~ 7, 1984, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
passed Resolution No. 84R-5f and thro,gh inadvertence and error, the class-
ification and salary schedul~ of Junior Typist Clerk Confidential was omitted;
and
WHEREAS, the City Qouncil finds that it is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to cotrect Resolution No. 84R-57, nunc pro tunc~ to
reflect the true intent of t'e City Council.
NOW, THlREFORE, BE!.JT RESOLV~D by the City Council of the City of
Anahei. that the following tlassification be added to Resolution No. 84R-57,
nunc pro tunc, to read as fo~lows:
That effective Oct+ber 5, 1984 through October 3, 19$5,. the basic
compensation plan for all oJUcers and employees of the City of Anaheim who
are now employed or will ~n the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be alloca~ed to the following salary schedule in the Salary
Schedule Master.
