A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 84R -72 NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on February 14, 1984, the City Council passed Resolution
No. 84R -72 and through inadvertence and clerical error, the 10/7/83 Appendix A
erroneously set forth the schedule number for Underground Line Crew Supervisor
as U 1894 E.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of
the City to correct said Resolution No. 84R -72, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
schedule number for Underground Line Crew Supervisor as U 1884 E.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend Resolution No. 84R -72, nunc pro
tunc, by establishing the schedule number for Underground Line Crew Supervisor
as U 1884 E.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, by
this resolution, Resolution No. 84R -72 shall remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
THE FORFJOING RESOLUTION IS APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th date of November ,1984.
