WHEREAS, on Feb~ 14, 1984, the City Council passed Resolution
No. 84&-70 and through lnadv ,tence and clerical error, the Octob~T 7, 1983
Appendix A erroneously set f th the startlng rate for Laborer as $6.50.
WHEREAS, the City~' unci1 finds that it is in the best int~rest of
the City to correc:t said Res jUtion No. 84R-70, nunc pro tunc, to refiect the
starting rate for Laborer in i ihe 10/7/8j Appendix A as $6.49.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the City C9unci1 of the City of
Anaheia that it amend and itJdoes hereby amend Resolution No. 84R-70, nunc pro
tunc, by establishing the La~rer starting rate in the 10/7/83 Appendix A as
$6.49. '
