CONNECTIO . WITH VARIANCE NO. 2369 AND '
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-24l NULL AND
VOID. ;
WHEREAS, ~he City Council granted Variance No. 2369 on
June 13, 1972, by R~Bolution No. 72R-24l~ and

WHEREAS, ~he applicant has requested termination of said
Variance No. 2369 fpr the reason it is no longer needed~ and
NOW, THE$' ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
va, riance No. 2369 b " and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 72R- 41 be declared null and void.
