A RESOLUTi OF THE!. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANABEl . INDING ~D DETERMINING THAT A
CHANGE OF NE SHouLD NOT BE GRANTED IN A
CERTAIN A '. OF THE' CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, t~e City P~anning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a ~blic hea~ing in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 84-85-6 to consi~er an a~ndment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code relatjiing to zolning, and to consider a change in the
boundaries of the z~e or zo~s hereinafter mentioned and described
and, at said hearing, did re~ive evidence and reports from persons
interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, ~~thin a ~riod of forty (40) days following
said hearing, the p~nning Cqmmission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report qf its fi,ndings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said h~ring and approved the proposed amendment; and
WHEREAS, ~ereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party ~r the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said ~~anning qommission action; and
WHEREAS, ~t the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City C~ncil did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give al~persons interested therein an opportunity to
be heard, and did rek!eive evidence and reports, and did consider
the same; and
WHEREAS, ~~e City Council does find and determine that
the property and ar~ propos~d to be changed from the zone or zones
in which it is now ~:i!tuated tio a different zone, as hereinafter set
forth, is more suit~le for ~he zone or zones in which it is now
incorporated and th~t a change of zone should not be granted.
NOW, THE~~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
city of Anaheim tha~ all of the property and area situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
PARCEL 1 OF PA~.~.EL MAP, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY
OF ORANGE, STA1E OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP FILED IN
BOOK 8 PAGE 43 'OF PARCEL MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY,

shall remain in the.. .CO" comnaercial, office and professional ZONE
and not be reclassified into the "CL" commercial, limited ZONE.
