A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE C..ITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM . ENDING THE CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
OF RECLASSI [CATION ~O. 83-84-9 AS SET FORTH
IN RESOLUTIN NO. 83~-470, NUNC PRO TUNC.

WHEREAS, tht' City Council of the City of Anaheim did hold
a public hearing in . classification Proceedings No. 83-84~9 to
consider an amendmen to the Zoning Map of the City of Anaheim
referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and pursuant
thereto approved a cange in zone boundaries as set forth in City
Council Resolution N~. 83R-470i and
WHEREAS, t.~. action taken by the City Council in
Reclassification Preedings No. 83-84-9 was subject to certain
conditions of appro 1 as memorialized in Resolution No. 83R-470i
and '
WHEREAS, t!' ough inadvertence and clerical error, said
conditions as set f th in Resolution No. 83R-470 failed to fully
and correctly ref1e t the action taken by the City Council in
Reclassification PI' , eedingsNo. 83-84-9 i and
WHEREAS, t~e City Council hereby desires to amend said
conditions of appro~a1 as set forth in Resolution No. 83R-470,
nunc pro tunc.

NOW, THEREjORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha . those certain conditions of approval of
Reclassification PI' .ceedingsNo. 83-84-9 as set forth on Page 2 of
Resolution No. 83R- 70 be, and the same are, amended in their
entirety, nunc pro ,unc, to read as follows:
"l. That ~rior to the introduction of an ordinance
rezoning subjec, property, specific development plans
consisting of at.ite plan, typical elevations and
typical floor P1ans shall be submitted to and approved
by the Planning CommissiQn at a public hearing. Public
notice of said evelopment proposal shall be given in
the manner pres ribed by Anaheim Municipal Code .
18.03.060. The,decision of the Planning Commission
shall be subjec~ to review by the City Council in the
same time and m.nner as provided in Sections 18.03.080 -
18.03.084 of th+ Anaheim Municipal Code. II
BE IT FURT~.ER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, Resolution '0. 83R-470 shall remain in full force and
effect.
