ANAHEIM AND ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, CLERICAL

WHEREAS, on Februa;Y 14, 1984, the City Council approved Resolution
84R-71 adopting a Memora ~um of Und~rstanding between the City of Anaheim
the Anaheim Municipal Em loyees Association, Clerical Employees Unit; and
~
WHEREAS, the City ~nagement Representative has met and conferred
with officials of AMRA to ch~nge wages for the classification of Senior
Cashier based upon changed dpties and responsibilities; and
WHEREAS, as a reau.t thereof" a Letter of Understanding dated
October 23, 1984 between therparties, which lists the new wages f~r Senior
Cashier, has been prepared at'd signed; and
WHEREAS, the City ~ounci1 of the City of Anaheim does find that
adoption of said Letter of U~derstanding is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, T$EREfORE, BE~~T RESOLVED by the City Council of the Sity of
Anaheia that the Letter of d... erstanding dated Oct~ber 23, 1984, between the
City of Anaheim and Anaheim nicipa1 Employees Association, Clerical
Employees Unit 18 hereby ap ved and adopted.
