A RESOLUTIqN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ~PPROVING THE GRADING PLAN OF
TEXACO-ANAHEIM HILLS, INC. AND APPROVING
ISSUANCE OF! A GRADING PERMIT THEREFOR RELATING
TO THE G~G OF TRACTS 10996, 10997 AND
10998 IN T~ CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, Te~aco-Anaheim Hills, Inc. has heretofore filed
a proposed grading pllan ("grading plan") with the City Engineer of
the City of Anaheim ~ursuant to Chapter 17.06 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code for tt'le grading ("grading work") of certain real
property described a~ Tracts 10996, 10997 and 10998 in the City of
Anaheim, County of O~ange, State of Ca1ifornia~ and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer, after due inspection, review
and investigation ha~ heretofore approved said grading plan and
approved the issuance of a grading permit for said grading work~
and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an aggrieved party c~used the review of said actions of the City
Engineer by the City Council at a duly noticed hearing~ and
WHEREAS, on October 23, 1984, the City Council did duly
hold and conduct sucn hearing and did give all persons interested
therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and
reports offered at s~id hearing~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds,
after careful consideration of all evidence and reports offered at
said hearing, that:
1. The evidence presented does not establish that the
proposed grading wor~ may directly or indirectly create a hazard
to human life or end,nger adjoining property or property at a
higher or lower level, or any public sewer, storm drain, street,
street improvement o~ any other public property~ and
2. Any danger or hazard will be eliminated by performance of
the grading work in the method hereinafter specified in the
conditions of approv.1~ and
3. The conditions of approval herein set forth are
-~ reasonably necessary to prevent danger to public or private
property or to preve~t the operation from being conducted in a
manner hazardous to life or property or in a manner likely to
create a nuisance.
NOW, THEREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that, for the reasons hereinabove stated, the
actions of the City ~ngineer of the City of Anaheim approving said
grading plan and approving the issuance of a grading permit

therefor be, and the same are hereby, affirmed and that said
grading plan, and t~e issuance of a grading permit therefor, for
the grading of Tract$ 10996, 10997 and 10998 in the City of
Anaheim be, and the same are hereby, approved subject to
compliance with the fOllowing conditions:

1. Said grading permit and the grading work performed
thereunder shall con~orm to all applicable requirements of Chapter
17.06 of the Anaheim: Municipal Code~ and
2. Said grading work shall be performed in compliance with,
and incorporate ther~in, each of the mitigation measures adopted
in conjunction with the certification of Final EIR No. 236-G and
speci fically identi flied under the several headings entitled
"Mitigation" as set forth in City Council Resolution No. 84R-~
THE FOREGOI1JNG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 23rd day of October, 1984.
