A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ~~DICATIN~ CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY T01PUBLIC RpAD PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, th~ City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
title to certain reall property or interests therein~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anah~im to dedicate a portion or portions
of City-owned property to the public for public road purposes.
NOW, THEREFC~E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the City of Anaheim does hereby dedicate
those parcels or port~ons thereof described in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and included by reference herein, to the public for public
road purposes.
