A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM fESIGNATING CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY D SIGNATED AS OAK HILLS RANCH
ANNEXATION . S UNDEVE;t..DPED PROPERTY PU.. RSUANT TO
THE MASTER ROPERTY tAX TRANSFER AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE AND THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, a petition for the proposed annexation
designated Oak Hills Ranch Annexation to the City of Anaheim in
the County of Orange; was heretofore filed by the owners of said
property and accepte~ for filing by the Executive Officer of the
Local Agency Formatipn Commission of Orange. California
("Commission") pursu~nt to Part 2 of Title 4, Division 2,
commencing with Sect~on 35000 et seq. of the Government Code; and
WHEREAS, th~ distinctive short form designation assigned
by the Commission to the territory proposed to be annexed is: OAK
HILLS RANCH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM; and
WHEREAS, sa~d territory proposed to be annexed to the
City of Anaheim cons~sts of approximately 545.88 acres of land,
and the exterior boundaries thereof are specifically described in
the legal description attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by
this reference made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, thc't certain Master Property Tax Transfer
Agreement between th County of Orange and the City of Anaheim,
dated October 28, 190, provides that the County and City shall
agree in writing as ~o whether said territory to be annexed shall
be deemed developed or undeveloped property for the purpose of
transfer of property taxes pursuant to Section 99(b) of the
Revenue and Taxation! Code of the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that. pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph
6(a)(2) of that certain Master Property Tax Transfer Agreement
between the County ot Orange and the City of Anaheim dated October
28, 1980, ("Agreementll), the County Administrative Office and the
City Manager, or their designees, have heretofore agreed in
writing that said territory to be annexed to the City of Anaheim
shall be deemed and treated as "undeveloped" property for purposes
of said Agreement.

particularly described a~ follows:
Beginning at an angle po~nt in the existing boundary line of
the City of Anaheim, sai4 angle point being the Southerly
terminus of that certain!course described as, "N 260 13' 5511 W,
2,056.52 feet II in the "S~nta Ana Canyon Annexation No.7" to
the City of Anaheim; the~ce Northerly along the existing
boundary line of said Ci~y of Anaheim to the intersection with
the Northerly line of Tr4ct No. 2 of the land allotted to
