WHEREAS, ~e City Council granted Conditfonal Use Permit
No. 1810 on June 27 ,I 1978, by Resolution No. 78R-4l5: and
WHEREAS, tJ1e applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Per~t for the reason it is no longer needed: and
NOW, THERt. RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Per It No. 1810 be, and the same is- hereby,
terminated and that . esolution No. 78R-4l5 be declared null and
vdid. I
THE FOREG~NG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the ~ity of Anaheim this 23rd day of October, 1984.
