RBSOLUTION NO. 84R-418

A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGRE~ENT WITH. THE CALIFORNIA HOUSING
FINANCE AG~CY CONC~RNING MULTIFAMILY
REHABILITA~10N AND ]NFILL NEW CONSTRUCTION.
WHEREAS, t~ California Housing Finance Agency ("CHFA")
is contemplating the sale of bonds to finance a program of
multifamily rehabilitation and infill new construction; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to participate in
the program and to dause CHFA to reserve proceeds of the bonds for
loans for properties in Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by CHFA whereby
such funds will be ~served.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The terms and conditions of that agreement with
California Housing ~~nance Ag~ncy be, and they are hereby,
approved by the Ci tyl iof Anahelim.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized to eXecut~ said Ag!reement on behalf of the Ci ty of
Anaheim.

City Council of the City of Ahaheim this 23rd day of ctober, 1984.
