A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ..'TABLISH~NG A FEE FOR EXTENSIONS
OF CONDITIO.~ USE P$RMITS AND VARIANCES
PURSUANT T01$ECTION t8.03.093 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL C~bE.
WHEREAS, Se~tion l8.~3.093 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
establishes a proced.re for t~e filing of requests for extensions,
modifications or del.tions of time limitations imposed upon any
conditional use permits or variances: and
WHEREAS, said Sectiom 18.03.093 authorizes the City
Council to establish!. fee for the filing of s~~d requests: and
WHEREAS, the City Co~ncil desires to establish a fee for
such purpose in the a~ount hereinafter set forth: and
WHEREAS, the fee hereinafter established does not exceed
the estimated reasonable costs of processing said requests.
NOW, THEREF~RE# BE It RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that~a filingffee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is
hereby established for, and s~all be required to accompany, any
request filed pursua$t to the provisions of Section l8.03~093 bf
the Anaheim Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOJNG RESOLWTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the ~ity of ,,*aheim this 11th day of Septe er, 1984.
