84R-409 ~ ~ "......, RESOLUTION NO. 84R-409 A RESOLUTti.,O,N OF TH~,' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI jAPPROVI$G AN AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE ELEME OF THE ANAHEIM GENERAL PLAN DESIG- NATED AS ENDMENT NO. 188, EXHIBIT "B." WHEREAS, ii~e City ~f Anaheim, pursuant to the recommendations of~e Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim, adopted a General P .n for the City of Anaheim; and WHEREAS, ~~ the 30th day of April, 1984, the City Planning Commission!~f the City of Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider I. General Plan Amendment. The General Plan Aaendment does conSi~er changing the land use designation for the area of land consis ing of approximately 600 acres located generally as bounde on the north by the Wallace Ranch, on the west by Anaheim Hil . Development Corporation property, and on the south and east by t~e Irvine Company proerty; and WHEREAS, ~t said public hearing, the City Planning Commission did dulyiadopt its Resolution No. PC84-85 containing a report of its find iUs , a su.mary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and r ~ommending that said Amendment to the General Plan designated as endment No. 188 be adopted by the City Council changing th~ land use designation for the aforedescribed area to "Hillside Etate Density Residential, Hillside Low Density Residential, Hillsi e Medium Density Residential, General Commercial, Schoolnd General Open Space" in accordance with Exhibit "A"; and WHEREAS, 4~on receipt of said Resolution, summary of evidence, report of ifindings and recommendations of the City Planning CommissionJ the City Council did fix the 5th day of June, 1984, as the time, ~nd the City Council Chamber in the Civic Center as the place ifor a public hearing on said proposed Amendment No. 188 add did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law; and WHEREAS, jhe City Council did duly hold and conduct such public hearing andid give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be hard, and did receive evidence and reports and did consider the re ,Qmmendations of the City Planning Commission; and ~, WHEREAS, ~e City Council does find and determine that Aaendment No. 188 c~4nging the land use designation in the aforedescribed area iin accordance with Exhibit "B" on file with the City should be ~proved. NOW, THER~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim !that Amendment No. 188 to the General Plan changing the land u~e designation for the aforedescribed area to "Hillside Estate De~."
