A RESOLUTI~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM NMENDING R. ESOLUTION NO. 84R-l05
NUNC PRO T~C, GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
NO. 2533.
WHEREAS, th[ei City Council of the City of Anaheim hereto-
fore conducted a dul~ noticed public hearing as requir~by the
provisions of Chaptelri 18.03 o'f Ti tIe 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and pursuant th~~eto granted Conditional Use Permit No. 2533
on March 13, 1984: aprl
WHEREAS, th~! action taken by the City Council on March
13, 1984, granting C~ditiona~ Permit No. 2533 permitted and
approved an adult re~bilitation center on the property described
therein subject to c~pliance with certain conditions of approval:
and
WHEREAS, sa~p action by the City Council, including said
conditions of approv~1, was memorialized in Resolution No.
84R-l05: and
WHEREAS, thtPugh inadvertence and clerical error,
Condition No. 10 of .~id Cond~tional Use Permit No. 2533 set forth
on Page 5 of said Re~plution No. 84R-l05 failed to correctly
reflect the action t.~en by tpe City Council: and
WHEREAS, th~ City Council hereby desires to amend
Resolution No. 84R-lP5, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THEREFPjRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that! Resolution No. 84R-l05 be, and the same is
hereby, amended, nunp' pro tunc, by amending Condition No. 10 of
Conditional Use Perm~~ No. 2533 as set forth on Page 5 of
Resolution No. 84R-lb5 to read as follows:

"10. That ~i1l engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim along Le~~s Street, including preparation of
improvement plan~ and installation of all improvements such as
curbs and gutter~., sidewalks, street grading and pavement,
sewer and draina~e facilities, or other appurtenant work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with ~~ecifications on file in the Office of the
City Engineer: apd that security in the form of a bond,
certificate of d~posit, letter of credit or cash, in an amount
and form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim, shall be posted
with the City to guarantee satisfactory completion of said
improvements. Said security shall be posted with the City
prior to issuanc~ of building permits, to guarantee the
installation of the above-required improvements prior to
occupancy."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly provided
herein, Resolution No. 84R -12 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 9th day of October, 1984.
