84R-398 CITY OF ANAHEIM RESOLUTION NO 84R.-398
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF
WATER REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES IN A MINIMUM
DENOMINATION OF $25,000
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim (the
"City "), on April 26, 1983, adopted an Ordinance designated as
Ordinance No. 4415, as amended by Ordinance No. 4530, adopted
August 14, 1984, providing for the procedures for the issuance, sale
and securing of water revenue anticipation notes (the "Notes ") of the
City and providing the terms and conditions of the Notes (together,
the "Ordinance "); and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4 of the Ordinance, the mini-
mum denomination of the Notes shall be $50,000, unless the City
Council shall otherwise direct by resolution adopted prior to the
issuance of the Notes: and
WHEREAS, this City Council deems it necessary to direct at
this time the issuance of Notes in a minimum denomination of
$25,000,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. . The City Council hereby directs the issuance
of the Notes in a minimum denomination of $25,000.
Section 2. . This Resolution shall take effect upon its
adoption.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this ninth day of October,
1904.
