and zone.

2. That striqt applic~tion of the zoning code does not
deprive the propertyjof privi'leges enjoyed by other property in
the same vicinity aq4 zone.
NOW, THE~ORE, BE ,IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim ithat said Variance be, and the same is hereby,
denied.

Resolution No. 79R-$4, the time within which judi6ial review of
