A RESOLUT QN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
ZONING MA REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM M ICIPAL CODE SHOULD BE AMENDED AND
THAT THE QUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SHOULD
BE CHANGE .

presented at said h+aring and approved the proposed amendment: and
WHEREAS, ~hereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested partyior the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said tlanning Commission action: and
WHEREAS, it the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City C unci 1 did duly hold and conduct such hearing
and did give all pe sons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did recei,e evidence and reports, and did consider the
same: and '
WHEREAS, Ihe City Council does find and determine that
the Zoning Map refe red to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code should be amen ed and that the property hereinafter described
should be excluded rom the zone or zones in which it is now
situated and incorp rated in the zone and zones as hereinafter set
forth.
NOW, THERIFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha the City Council does hereby declare and
indicate its intent on to amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Anaheim and to rezo e and reclassify the following described

by the~. final iud.gmen . of any court of competent jurisdiction, then

deemed null and void..
