A RES~UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY !.,. ANAHEIM VACATING A PUBLIC UTILITY
EASEMT LOCATED EAST OF STATE COLLEGE
BOULE 'RD AND SOUTH OF LINCOLN AVENUE

WHEREAS, t~ City Council of the City of Anaheim did, by
resolution duly ado ed, declare its intention to vacate certain
public streets, hig ays or public service easements pursuant to
the Public Streets, ighways and Service Easements Vacation Law: and
WHEREAS, nqtice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted ~nd published in the manner prescribed by law:
and
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of October, 1984, a public hearing
was held to allow i~terested persons to submit evidence concerning
said proposed vacat~n: and
WHEREAS, t~ City Council does find, from the evidence
submitted, that the jstreet, highway or public service easement
hereinafter specifiqally described is unnecessary for present or
prospective public ~rposes including nonmotorized transportation
facilities: and
WHEREAS, i~ and to the extent that there are in place
public utility faci~ities in use for which easements are not
reserved and except~ by this resolution, the City Council hereby
determines that the ~ublic convenience and necessity requires that
no easements be res~rved for such facilities.
NOW, THERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim idoes hereby order the vacation of the certain
easement for e1ectr~cal purposes, more specifically described as
follows:

That portion of that certain easement as granted by
Wagner Realty C~.pany, a limited partnership to the
Southern Ca1ifo~nia Edison Company, its successors and
assigns, an eas~.ent and right of way to construct,
lay, install, u~e, maintain, alter, add to, repair,
replace, inspec~ and/or remove, at any time and from
time to time, a~rial and underground electric lines and
communication l~nes, consisting of poles, guys and
anchors, cross-~rms, wires, cables, conduits, manholes,
vaults, pull bo~es, markers and other fixtures and
appliances, for 'conveying electric energy to be used
for light, heat, power, telephone and/or other related
uses, in, on, o~er, under and through that certain real
property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Califo~nia as recorded on February 1, 1956 in
Book 3378, page '324 in the Office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, described as follows:
