OF ANAHEIS:TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTI01WITH SPECIAL USE PERMIT NO. X-13
AND DECLA i G RESOLUTION NO. 3343 NULL AND
VOID. i
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Special Use Permit No.
X-13 on June 26, 195~, by Resolution No. 3343: and
WHEREAS, t~e applicant has requested termination of said
Special Use Permit fler the reason it is no longer needed: and
NOW, THER~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Special Use Permit NP. X-13 be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and that Resolution ~o. 3343 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGqING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of October, 1984.
