CONNECTIO !WITH VA~IANCE NO. 2913 AND
DECLARING SOLUTIO~ NO. 77R-230 NULL AND
VOID. NUL~'AND VOlq.
WHEREAS, t~e City Cbuncil granted Variance No. 2913 on
April 5, 1977, by Re~olution No. 77R-230: and
WHEREAS, t~e applicant has requested termination of said
Variance No. 2913 fo~ the reason it is no longer" needed: and
NOW, THER~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 2913 be~ and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 77R-2~O be declared null and void.

THE FOREGO~NG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Ci ty Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of October, 1984.
