OF ANAHEIM ~ENDINGRESOLUTION NO. 84R-12 NUNC
PRO TUNC, ~TING VARIANCE NO. 3345.

WHEREAS, t~ City Cduncil of the City of Anaheim
heretofore conducte~,a duly npticed public hearing as required by
the provisions of Chia!pter 18.03 of Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and ~rsuant thereto granted Variance No. 3345 on
January 10, 1984~ a~d
WHEREAS, t~ action taken by the City Council on January
10, 1984, granting. 1'.riance No. 3345 permitted an. d approved a
7-unit affordable a .rtment cbmplex on the property described
therein with waiver, 'of certain provisions of the Anaheim
Municipal Code~ and
WHEREAS, s~id action by the City Council was memorialized
in Resolution No. 8~-12; and
whEREAS, t~" ough inadvertence and clerical error, the
first s-entence on P ,. ,e 2 of siaid Resolution No. 84R-12 fail'ed to
correctly reflect t . action 'taken by the City Council on January
10, 1984, in that s~d Resolution incorrectly indicated that an
8-unit project had ~en approved~ and
W'BREAS, t~ City Council hereby desires to amend
Resolution No. 84R-~, nunc pro tunc.
NOW, THERE~RE, BE I~ RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim thaiitResolution No. 84R-12 be, and the same is
hereby, amended, nuBC pro tunc, by amending the fifth word on line
3 of ..Page 2 thereof 'to read "7-uni t" in place of "8-uni t."

BE IT FURT~R RESOLVED that, except as expressly provided
herein, Resolution No. 84R-12 shall remain in full force and
effect.
